Stating that you know something isn't enough for it to change your life, you need to experience it within yourself for the changes to take place. When you only know something in your head, it essentially acts as mental noise, where you have to keep reaffirming to yourself that you know something. But a life-altering experiences takes place beyond the mind, and comes with mental peace as the affirmations take place in day-to-day living. We tend to believe that the thoughts going through our heads are ours, and we defend them with pride, but I'm here to remind you that thoughts are recycles, and they do not define you. The sooner you transcend this identity, the sooner you live peacefully as a being.

It can be quite frustrating to have non-stop noise running in the back of your head, so learn how to focus on the gaps between thoughts. You'll begin to notice a space opening up. I've noticed there aren't as many women on the path of enlightenment as men, and it seems a big part of that is because women are preoccupied with finding a partner and emotional security. We tend to be more emotionally potent than men, and we have an internal clock that tells us our window of opportunity for having kids.

We live in a world where the female leaders are telling us to be the boss, but that's not the feminine approach. We're more than appealing skin, and this world needs our colourful personalities and magnetic energy.

What I've learned from my marriage is that this emotional security wasn't as stable as I'd thought, but now I'm discovering an inner stability I hadn't known before, in the form of God.

Lately I've been tuning into my natural state, and it's making it very obvious to me where I'm not being authentic. Carrying multiple identities is exhausting, and makes me feel like I'm hiding something. I need to stop listening to people, because no matter how right they may be, it doesn't mean their advice works for my unique life experience.

For the past 2 months I've been looking at life from a tantric understanding, and in this podcast I'll share my experience of tapping into my highest Self. This internal struggle you feel is part of the process, be patient.
