Ever settled for less than you deserve? Then this is the episode for you ...This week I'm talking more about self love and self worth and rejection is a reflection of who you are. Its so easy to internalize rejection and it make us believe that there is something "wrong with us" , but its so important to remember that it doesn't define your worth.
Ever felt like you’re stuck in a cycle? I certainly have been recently... Erin's journey might just be the reminder you need that healing is possible and things can change.
I want to say a huge thank you to Erin for coming on the podcast and sharing her journey.
I truly admire her strength and vulnerability. If there’s one thing I hope you take away from this episode, it’s that it does get better. I could’ve talked to Erin for hours, especially considering we only met for the first time, we had so much to talk about & I just loved her energy. Super grateful to have had this conversation. You can find Erin @the.purpose.project & @erinharringtonxo
(Please ignore the construction in the background, I tried my best to remove it, but I'm still learning..)
Got it! Let’s make it feel more personal and authentic:
In this episode, I’m opening up about how not having self-worth and self-love can make us settle for the bare minimum in relationships/ situationships. I talk about the patterns of accepting less than we deserve and how it all ties back to not fully valuing ourselves.
If you’ve ever caught yourself stuck in situationship or relationship where you're not getting what you need or deserve, this one's for you.
Let’s figure it out together on how to break the cycle and start choosing better for ourselves and what we deserve.
This week, I wanted to reflect on my mental health journey so far and talk about how every decision I have ever made has led me to where I am and who I am right now.
I'm still learning now how to navigate the up and down days, but I am slowly coming to terms that every step has brought me closer to understanding myself which means working on myself.
Thank you so much for tuning in !
