Hola queridos Hiver's feliz inicio de semana

Hoy les traigo una receta ganadora para los amantes del chocolate.

El brownie más perfecto y delicioso que se comerán.

Esta receta la tomé de varias recetas de brownies y luego fui recopilando vídeo recetas y de todas las que vi, esta es la que mejor me ha funcionado , aunque confieso que hice algunos ajustes para que me funcionara aún mejor.

En fin se ahorraran la prueba, ensayo y error porque les aseguro que esto será un éxito cuando la preparen.

Lo que si les puedo adelantar es que los dos mejores tips son batir lo suficiente los huevos con el azúcar hasta que tomen esa consistencia esponjosa y Sedosa tipo masa de panqueca y sacudir el molde a los 20 minutos y volver a hornear.

Como saben, aparte de la música amo cocinar y se me da bien la pastelería así que aquí les dejo la receta fiel y exacta para unos brownies perfectos con su cáscara o costra característica por encima y húmedos y jugosos por dentro 🫠🫠😏🤤🤤 una total delicia.

Sin más preámbulos les dejaré por acá los ingredientes con su preparación y también un pequeño vídeo explicativo.

* 6 huevos

* 2 tazas de azúcar blanca
