Todos seguimos en contacto, siendo hermanos, amando la música, en medio de esas experiencias que nos unieron para siempre de alguna manera.

Para mí es una lección de fé diaria y constante, sin tantos prejuicios, normas o muros, que tal vez dañan esa cercanía tan necesaria como la certeza de la presencia de Él y su infinito amor.

**Preparé esta receta con varias modificaciones porque cocinar siempre ha sido para mi familia otra forma de demostrar amor en casa 🤗🥰.

Dos de mis hijos han sufrido problemas de crecimiento, algo que ha interferido en su metabolismo.

Por eso siempre intento preparar recetas divertidas, completas y lo más sanas posibles.

No utilizo aliños procesados, siempre intento que todo sea lo más natural posible, utilizo especias naturales, muchos vegetales por sus vitaminas y minerales y que puedan disfrutar de una comida equilibrada y divertida.

Por ejemplo, añado orégano y avena a los huevos por sus propiedades y porque es muy bueno para ellos.

Les da sensación de saciedad y colabora con su sistema óseo y muscular.**

**Ingredientes para 4 personas :

-Pan Pita

-Alitas de pollo o pechuga como prefieras

-Especias de tu preferencia para adobar y marinar

En mi caso usé curcuma, comino, ajo, pimienta y sal.

-5 Huevos para la tortilla

-4 cucharadas de avena en hojuelas (se la agrego a la tortilla por el aporte nutritivo )

-1 calabacín

-3 Tomates

-1 Cebolla pequeña

-Aguacate

-Lechuga

-Salsa de tu preferencia.**

**Ingredients for 4 persons :

-Pita bread

-Chicken wings or breast as you prefer

-Spices of your preference for marinating and marinating.

In my case I used curcuma, cumin, garlic, pepper and salt.

-5 eggs for the tortilla

Cocinar bien hasta reducir todo el caldo y que quede con un color dorado y brillante 🫠🤤.

Dejar reposar.**

**Chicken:

-Picar por la mitad

-Cut the avocado into thin slices.

-Chop the chicken into strips

-Heat the pita bread in a bowl.

-Add the sauce, the lettuce leaves and the salad

-Add the salad, chicken and avocado slices.

-Roll up

-Cut in half
