what is the most life-changing (and i mean truly LIFE CHANGING) book you've ever read?

hi besties and welcome the the fifth episode of the pod (i know i'm being dramatic but it feels like a small milestone)! so here's the thing - i absolutely love reading and have gone through a lot of moving, inspiring and influential novels but for some reason, very few of them stick with me for longer. however, the most recent one i've read - "a new earth" by echart tolle - might just be the most life-changing book in my life so far. touching on topics ranging from ego, living in the present, suffering, emotions, spirituality, time and relligion, tolle's book has left me hyping it up to all my friends and making them read it. 

in this episode of "heartfelt", i talk (in details) about why it is such an important book and i discuss the endless life lessons and wisdom that it contains. i know that spirituality doesn't have to be your cup of tea but! just make yourself a favour and give it a chance because it might just change your life.
