January 6th Judge Beryl Howell received a Judicial Complaint from Rep. Elise Stefanik for her involvement at a legal gala where she made comments critical of Trump and pending cases. Formerly the presiding Judge of the D.C. Circuit until 2023, Judge Beryl appeared at the gala with the current DOJ Deputy AG Lisa Monaco and Rod Rosenstein (former Deputy AG under Trump).
