Some of this can be alleviated if you work in a large team where responsibilities are spread across multiple specialists, but for freelancing and small business you need to wear all the hats to become successful. Being a jack of all trades without a mastering a single one can also make you experience some impostor syndrome due to all the hours you've spent getting this far in your career.
