It’s all anyone seems to want to talk about so, as faithful servants of our audience, we must abide. Occasionally. Don’t get used to it. We’ve been inundated with questions about this and rightly so because of the wide impact the slightest of changes can make to the economic landscape of those whose businesses span the West and East.
