In this episode I sat down with Jaimee Macintyre trekked the Kokoda Track to raise funds and awareness for the White Ribbon Foundation, a cause that means a lot to her. I have always believed the Kokoda Track to be a spiritual adventure and with this in mind it was great to sit and hear just how profound this experience was for Jaimee in allowing her to process her past and move forward into a bold new future. So much more than just a jungle trek.
