He grew up as a naturally skinny teenager with little self-confidence and low self-esteem. Once he got into the gym, it was a huge life-changing moment. Chris launched FitLab to help busy men and women live this lifestyle, too, and live life to the max. He does not believe anyone was put on this earth just to be average and unhappy with how they look and feel. Life is for living, and Chris wants his clients to thrive in a body they love and are proud of!

In addition to FitLab, Chris is also the host of The Lean 365 Podcast. The podcast covers all things health and fitness.
