Born in Iran, she is credited with pioneering both the technology and business model that made peace between big entertainment entities like the NBA and their fans who were uploading premium content to video sites like YouTube. Shahrzad built BroadbandTV as a quadruple bottom line business and measures success across employee, community, environmental, and financial KPIs, citing a workforce of over 40% female employees and managers with a 0% gender pay gap. In September 2018, Shahrzad was appointed by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to represent Canada on the Business Women Leaders task force, which was formed to advise global leaders on issues of women's economic empowerment as part of the G20 Summit. In 2019 she was also appointed as the Vice Chair of Invest in Canada, a federal agency that aims to create jobs in Canada by facilitating foreign business investment by highlighting Canada's diverse and skilled talent pool, economic growth across multiple industries, and geographic advantage as a hub for global trade. New #Janette’s TV episode –  Mindy Sterling is an American actress and voice actress. She portrayed Frau Farbissina in the Austin Powers series of comedy films, Principal Susan Skidmore on the Disney Channel series A.N.T. Farm, Ms. Endive in the Cartoon Network series Chowder, on Nickelodeon as Lin Beifong in The Legend of Korra, and Miss Francine Briggs on iCarly. Her father is actor and comedian Dick Sterling. From 1990-91, Mindy was one of the comedians in the satirical show On the Television. Sterling plays Christian Slater's secretary Arlene Scott in the show My Own Worst Enemy. She also played Judge Foodie on the Disney show That's So Raven and a volleyball coach on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. She appeared as the wedding planner on the Friends episode "The One with Barry and Mindy's Wedding" in 1996, and in 2004, as the casting director on the episode "Joey and the Big Audition" of Joey. New #Janette’s TV episode –  Aliaune Damala Bouga Time Puru Nacka Lu Lu Lu Badara Akon Thiam, better known as Acon or Akon,  is a Senegalese-American singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, philanthropist and actor.  Akon rose to prominence in 2004 following the release of "Locked Up", the first single from his debut album, Trouble. He has since founded two successful record labels, Konvict Muzik and KonLive Distribution. The labels served as a stepping stone for many soon-to-be successful acts, such as Lady Gaga, T-Pain, R. City, Kardinall Offishall, and Red Café. His second album, Konvicted received three nominations for the Grammy Awards in two categories, Best Contemporary R&B Album for Konvicted album and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Smack That" and "I Wanna Love You".  . He has released 6 solo albums and has handled the majority of production on his solo work and guest features. Alongside this, he also produced records mainly for artists on his respective labels, as well as for other artists such as Michael Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Lionel Richie, Leona Lewis, Sean Paul and Whitney Houston.  Marcus Buckingham is a British author, motivational speaker and business consultant who has appeared on ABC’s The View, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, The Today Show, Larry Ling Live, The Dave Ramsey Show, and many more. He suffered from a substantial stammer which he initially found very difficult to overcome, and said he was unable to speak until the age of 13. But he conquered it when asked to formally address other boys at his prep school by pretending he was speaking to just one person, rather than 300. He went on to study at Cambridge where he was recruited by educational psychology professor Donald O. Clifton, the founder of Selection Research (SRI) which allowed businesses to identify talents in individuals and match people to the right roles. SRI acquired The Gallup Organization in 1988 and took on the Gallup name during which time Buckingham became a member of a team working on a survey that measured a broad range of factors that contribute to employee engagement. From those surveys and interviews with thousands of managers, he published with coauthor Curt Coffman, the New York Times best-seller book First, Break All the Rules. The book describes what the world’s greatest managers do differently. With over 1 million copies in print, this book was also selected as one of the 1000 Best Business Books of All Time. In 2006, Marcus started The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC) and created management training programs and tools. This helped him to launch a coordinated series of products in conjunction with the publishers of Go Put Your Strengths to Work. Most notable was Trombone Player Wanted, involving a young boy who wants to abandon playing the trombone in favour of the drums (based on Buckingham's own experience in music classes as a boy).
