Coach Carlos Aria  is a Strength Coach & Nutrition Expert based out of Miami Lakes, Florida. He is a former member of U.S. Marine Corps special forces and an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. Coach Carlos is currently a Senior completing his Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology at the University of Miami.  Jared Polak is the owner of The Growth Coach in Houston, Texas. He is a dedicated sales coach that is passionate about helping business owners find a balance between their personal and professional lives. Polak graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. and a B.A. in International Business from the University of Missouri and is an active international philanthropist. He has worked with the Dalit Freedom Network in India, a remote fisherman’s village in Brazil, and the Homeless in Houston, Texas.  Bryan Sullivan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vellum Financial. Bryan is also a member of the Investment Policy Committee. He has worked as a wealth advisor his entire career since graduating from Oregon State University in 1991. He spent most of his career working for major Wall Street firms including UBS, Merrill Lynch and Edward Jones before founding Vellum Financial.
