The new year is here and it's the perfect time to hit the reset button on whatever has taken your focus away from being your best.

In this episode I offer up a challenge to start the year off by taking steps to be a better you.

• Participate in Dry January.  No alcohol for the entire month.
• Write down and detail out your 2024 goals (racing, business, life).  (listen to my goal setting episode if you need help)
• Exercise at least four days a week.  (Consult your doctor before starting an exercise program)
• Follow a nutrition plan that supports your fitness goals.
• Read/Watch/Listen To Motorsports Content for a minimum of 1 hour a week.
