Shortly after publishing the last episode in early May I checked myself into the hospital and the combination of a new medication mixed with life circumstances spun me into a horrible depressive episode. It has now been 89 days. Things have been improving the past 14 days hence recording this episode now. Here is a special episode recapping the last few months.

7 things I am grateful for 7 years later. 7 years ago I tried to overdose and I should have died but with much prayer from friends, family and a local church I made it. God has been faithful and so, so good. Please ask for help if you are struggling.
