All of my life I have wanted to preach the Gospel. Here is a special episode reflecting on preaching. I play some audio clips from my church days at New Life in Pomona. How my depression has played a role in preaching.

More lessons on the last 12 years. I talk about how acceptance has played a role and how my faith has impacted my mental health.

2007 was the beginning of mental illness and at first myself and my family were not in full acceptance of it. It took a lot of time to get to a place of acceptance. I also play audio from a recent speaking event where my friend Jamie compliments me on recovery.

I have had a really hard 2.5 months. My voices and thoughts feel like they have been getting the best of me. This show is dedicated to talking about the struggles I have with depression.

In episode #14 I continue to answer questions from various speaking events and talk about the power of the fall( Autumn).

In this Season 2 premiere I come back after 4 months( and good to be back) to talk about various speaking events where I get to meet new people and answer questions that help add to the discussion.

Back to the beginning again. In the season one finale Jared talks about the coma and the suicide that was the most life altering event. This set him on the journey of really accepting that mental illness and staying on medicine had to happen. Season 2 will start back up in July 2019. #staytuned

We get into the discussion about Logotherapy and what is implies for those dealing with depression.
