Jared is the front man for the "Dirty Heads." I've known him and the Dirty Heads crew for a long time, because of my time at KROQ 106.7. Jared is a fantastic talent and a very good man. He opens up about dealing with addiction, ego, creating a better man in the mirror and finding authenticity. He describes how exercise has been a foundational asset in building a better life.
