Jay DeMerit is a former Watford centre-back and not many players have a more remarkable story than him. After being spotted in a pre-season friendly against Watford in 2004, to scoring the opening goal in Watford's play-off final win against Leeds in 2006 - Jay has cemented himself as a Watford legend.
