Originally from Wales, (insert a variety of jokes HERE) Rob has been on an amazing journey to get to Phuket, spending time in the British Armed Forces, and then becoming a fitness guru in London before packing it all up to come over to Phuket, where he met (stalked) his now wife and becoming one of the most sort after personal trainers on the island.
