Jonathan Levy is an American author known for his work in the fields of influence and adventure. His research mostly focuses on what affects decision making. He works out of C Lab collaborating with neuroscientist Moran Cerf, of the Kellogg School of Management. He spent years modeling the behavior of people at every level of influence, in order to better understand what causes them to engage and connect.
Levy used his understanding of social interaction to create the Influencers Dinner, a secret dining experience for taste makers, thought leaders and influencers from different industries.

Perell was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, to be able to spend money as a kid, she went door-to-door and asked her Portland neighbors for metal cans which she would redeem at five cents apiece.
Her first job out of college was at an internet startup that went bankrupt. Kim began her journey as an entrepreneur from her kitchen table with a $10,000 loan from her 80-year-old grandmother, and grew the company to over $100 million in annual revenue. Kim went from broke and unemployed to selling her first company and becoming a multi-millionaire by the time she was 30.

Today on the show Jayson is talking with actress, producer, podcaster, and entrepreneur Melissa Carcache. Melissa was born in Miami, Florida, and knew she wanted to be an actress as far back as kindergarten when she starred in her first play. Right after completing high school at 18, after getting her mother's blessing, she packed her bags and moved to Los Angeles for a career. She got off to a bit of a good start by nabbing a role in an Intel commercial but spent the majority of her time auditioning and attending more classes.
Melissa has been a part of a few successful entrepreneurship ventures, she started her own production company, RomDom Productions, created a successful podcast with her sister called Millennial Women, and now has a chip company selling her grandma's chip recipe across the globe. Melissa truly have carved her own path in life.

Today on the show Jayson is talking with Eric and Eliza Roberts, both are actor and actress, casting directors, and media personalities starring in best of the best, Animal House, Dark Knight, and more. Appearing in music videos by The Killers, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, and more. Eric was nominated for Academy Award and Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Buck in Runaway Train.
Eric's family all grew up bit by the acting bug as his parents ran an acting and writing school right out of their home. This would eventually inspire both him and his sisters, Julia and Lisa Roberts, to pursue acting careers later in their lives. He grew up with a severe stutter, it was when he landed his first acting role as a kid that he slowly overcame his impediment.
Eliza was raised an only child in Los Angeles by her father David Rayfiel who was a writer, known for having worked on the mystery thriller movie Three Days of the Condor and the romantic comedy Sabrina. Her mother Lila Garrett, was a film screenwriter, producer and director, known for her works on the romantic comedy The Other Woman, and the action adventure comedy Get Smart.

Today on the show Jayson is talking with Travis Mills is a retired United States Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills of the 82nd Airborne is a recalibrated warrior, motivational speaker, actor, author and an advocate for veterans and amputees. Travis, along with his wife Kelsey, founded the Travis Mills Foundation, a nonprofit organization, formed to benefit veterans who have been injured in the line of duty.
After losing portions of both his arms and legs from an IED in Afghanistan Travis has made the most of life, starting multiple businesses and a foundation to help people in a similar situation as his, he has thrived after most would give up, or back down.
