NCAA will "consider" the use of March Madness marketing and branding for the Women's basketball tournament.  Consider?  Time to step up and give the women all the same benefits as the men.
Congrats Golden Knights.  Now eight straight years the President Trophy winner has failed to make the Stanley Cup Finals.  Avalanche sent packing.  Next up for Vegas, Montreal.   Lightning and Islanders have a rematch from last year.  Nothing beats the Stanley Cup Playoffs.  
Need to watch "The Kings" on Showtime.  About the careers of Hagler, Leonard, Duran and Hearns.  Fantastic documentary.

Knick Fans how do you feel about Donovan Mitchell going for 45 last night for the Jazz in ther win over the Clippers?   That has to sting.
CFP playoff talking going from 4 to 12 teams but could lead to teams playing 16 or 17 games.  It's all about money and not the health of the athletes.
I called it sticky stuff but this Spider Tack is being used by MLB pitchers and not sure what to believe now about Gerrit Cole.  He didn't really answer the question.   We don't want another steroid scandal situation in MLB.

Did Floyd hold up Logan from being knocked out?  Floyd threw 13 punches a round and Logan landed 13% of his punches.  Floyd says, "work smarter, not harder."   He made $1M before leaving the lockerroom.   Sounds smarter to me but for a boxing enthusiast it was a bad night for boxing.  
Yanks got a bad call on Odor.   That pitch in the 9th was way outside.   But right now the Yanks are 31-29 and the Red Sox got their first sweep at Yankee Stadium since 2011.  Had lost the last 11 series there.  Not good at all.  
Nick Saban just got an extension at Alabama that will take him to his 77th birthday.   Joe Paterno was coaching til he was 84.   Saban is going into his 15th year at Bama.   How many more titles does he have in him?  The sky's the limit.

It's finally here.  Chad Ochocinco's boxing debut.  His buddy Channing Crowder says he's wearing PJ's because it's "night night" for Chad.   And of course Logan Paul with over 30 pounds on Floyd Mayweather tonight too.   I know it's all about the money but this stuff is getting absolutely ridiculous.  
Julio Jones to the Titans.  Yawn.   Ryan Tannehill is no Matty Ice.  
Luca Doncic had 29 in the first half today for the Mavs and they were still down eight to Clippers in Game 7.  And the Clippers are currently on a 21-2 run and up 14 at the end of the third.  Can they trade the rest of the team?   Well keep Tim Hardaway Jr.  But Porzingis is no longer a unicorn.  Was he ever one to begin with come to think of it?  
Sixteen year old goalie Taya Currie first female player to be chosen in Ontario Hockey League Draft.  Best of luck.

Hélio Castroneves wins his 4th Indy 500 yesterday which ties him for most career wins all-time of the race.  
Kyrie and all athletes you don't deserve to have stuff thrown at you but did you have to go to center court and smear the Celtics emblem?   You're better than that.
Naomi Osaka withdrew from The French Open today.   She suffers from social anxiety and depression.   Wrote a heartfelt message on social media today.    It's a serious issue that isn't dealt with the way it should be unfortunately.  
Nets are trending up.  Big 3 combined for 104 in Game 4 win over Celtics to go up 3-1.   Knicks lost in Atlanta yesterday and now are down 3-1.  0-13 all-time when trailing 3-1 in a best of seven series.   About to be 0-14.

UNC women lost in Lacrosse Semifinals to BC 11-10.  Congrats on great season.   Men have their game tomorrow afternoon vs UVA at Noon on ESPN2.

Did you see the catch by CF Olivia Taylor for Bear River in the Utah High School Softball State 4A championship game which Bear River ended up winning in a best of three.  Their third championship in the last five years.
So the "Big 3" for Brooklyn only had 82 of Brooklyn's 104 points in their 104-93 Game 1 win.  Outscored Celts 57-40 in second half.  
Great fight tonight by the Tartan Tornado Josh Taylor who won a unanimous decision over Jose Ramirez to become the undisputed World Super Lightweight champion.
