Space Monkey Mafia is an up and coming 6-piece ensemble out of the
Twin Cities, and they are known for their high energy live performances. 
They play the Turf Club next Friday night and we find more about the
band when the bass player, stops by Center Stage. Also on the bill is a band
called Ironstar, and Joe Scarpellino from Ironstar also joins us.

It may be another month till the borders between the United States and Canada reopens to vaccinated citizens. It's been a difficult 18 months for businesses that lie along the Northwest Angle, that little sliver of Minnesota that juts up into part of Canada. Sherry Messelt and her husband own THE FLAG ISLAND RESORT on Flag Island in the Northwest angle.
