JED Talks

Finally. Today is the day we get the real host of Monkey Tennis (UK's number 1 TV & Film podcast - besides this one - sometimes) TOM DARK. Those other times we've had three different guys, all claiming to be the host were all smoke screens until we could get the actual host!

As you've become accustomed to, we give our learned recommendations of what TV shows and Films to watch on various streaming platforms while trying not to get sidetracked with weird uncomfortable anecdotes and extremely specific pop culture references.

Enjoy and let me know what you think on twitter @jedshepherd.

have a good week and let me know if you have any TV & Film recs I should be talking about!

Filmmaker Alice Rosso joins Jed today to discuss Alice's new sci-fi project E.V.A. as well as 6 more recommendations. We all know its never truly 6 recommendations as this podcast can't help scattershotting recs across everything. So hope you enjoy, and if you do, let us know by leaving a rating on itunes or contacting Jed @jedshepherd on twitter.

Asta & Clay are not only actors, writers, producers and directors but they are also MARRIED! Yes its twice the talent on the show today, with film & tv recommendations aplenty as well as some great advice on the film biz!

I first came across them when they starred in the Troma classic 'Return to Nuke'm High' and have been following the rise of this dynamic duo ever since!

You can find them on twitter @astaparedes and @clayvonc on twitter. Im on @jedshepherd and you can say hi to me too.

A very special episode, as I get to talk movies with my long-time pals Jason & Richard aka Jason P & Rich Reviews aka The Rustling Kid! I went to school with these guys and they are testement to the fact that if you love something hard enough, it will never leave you. We all loved our movies, comics and weird shit in school and we haven't changed a bit.

In this episode, as well as the normal reviews, you get to hear a few stories on how we became the people we are and there may have been a little alcohol involved!

If you like what you hear, you can listen to Rich and J's own brilliant pop culture podcast WOO LONG TALKS

Hope you enjoy, so rate, review, subscribe and stay in school!
