Cleveland has over a decade of leadership experience in the food and beverage and consumer investment banking market, previously as a founding member of Harris Williams & Co.'s Minneapolis office along with its global food and beverage and consumer investment banking practices. Most recently, Cleveland established the food, beverage and agriculture practice for Zachary Scott, with additional leadership responsibilities in the broader consumer market. Cleveland earlier worked in Piper Jaffray & Co.'s investment banking group. He received an MBA from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in finance from Santa Clara University.
