Jeff's direct experience has been focused on leadership and marketing in banking, finance, manufacturing, retail and real estate. Coaching and consulting has allowed him to expand his experience through many different businesses and industries.

In 2005 he co-founded and continues to run Kodiak Mountain Stone. Over time their focus has shifted from manufacturing to product supply and distribution. They supply masonry products to the building industry in Canada and the U.S.

As a coach and marketing strategist, his goal is straight forward... to help serious business owners get more clients, close more sales and start marketing more effectively. He also focused on the importance of the proper mindset to allow entrepreneurs to take both themselves and their business to the next level. In this conversation, Jeff will share how a career as a professional rodeo cowboy and bank manager got him into the business of making stone, and how that turned into coaching.
