Jeffrey Binney is the director, producer, and subject of Once is Enough (Amazon, YouTube), an amazing independent running documentary about Jeffrey's journey from obesity to 100 mile ultra running. It is personally one of Jon and Miranda's favorite running films. We also talk about Jeffrey's life since Once is Enough, shopping his new book idea, and all the shenanigans out on the Pacific Crest Trail.
