Today I am joined by Jen Pastiloff, an activist, public speaker, author and teacher. She is the best-selling author of “On Being Human” and even Cheryl Strayed, author of Wild, calls Pastiloff “a conduit of awakenings.”
Jennifer has been featured on Good Morning America as well as in People Magazine, Shape, New York Magazine, Health Magazine, and more for her distinct style of teaching, which she has taught to thousands of women in sold-out workshop all over the world. When we aren’t in a pandemic, she travels the world giving a workshop consisting of a unique hybrid of yoga related movement, writing, sharing out loud, letting the snot fly, and the occasional dance party.
She’s is the founder of the Shame Loss course at shameloss.com and lives with her husband and 4 year old in Los Angeles, while also being a cohost of her new podcast “What Are You Bringing?” with Alicia Easter, which we’re definitely diving into during this episode, so listen for more.
Jennifer reads lips and deaf without her hearing aids. She also likes coffee and believes in the motto “ don’t be an asshole.”
Her vulnerability and authenticity is truly inspiring to me and I can’t wait for you to see how in this episode of The Being Human podcast.
