  "I had about a couple of cups of those cooked cups, and then I took the and drained the broth off of the lentils and put it in my pan, and I diced up three small potatoes and put those in there. I had a can of stewed tomatoes. I put in a couple of good size fistfuls of collard greens, and so that was my vegetable base. And then I added the chicken back. For the actual curry, I made my own blend."

I was listening to a podcast today, and they quoted a doctor who does research on DNA it. And what the doctor found and his search team found was that our DNA really has remained the same since we were hunter gatherers. In fact, they found that only about 5% of our DNA has changed or modified itself from the times that we were huntergatherers to."

  "And never having done any of this, I just rolled it out with a baker's pie roller that I got at a garage sale for fifty cents. And I started cutting shapes. And the first thing I did was make some ornaments and put them in and by golly, they turned from clay into stone. And that was pretty cool. So I've been on the hunt for low cost items I can use for creating my clay masterpieces. This was my latest efforts."
