Hola amigos de hive y comunidad de swc, yo soy jerikop y en esta ocasión les traigo una rutina muy buena para la tensión y resistencia bestial a la hora de hacer front, la palanca frontal, es un ejercicio estatico que desgasta la espalda de forma bestial para evitar que en una competencia o simplemente para dominar perfectamente el estatico; se debe trabajar la tensión a mayor tiempo es decir, ejercicios estáticos por igual y ejercicios donde siempre se mantenga la tensión en nuestra espalda, sin mucho que decir, espero les guste mi vídeo con mucho cariño y esfuerzo, vamos allá!!!

Ejercicio Nº 1Exercise Noº 1
Para el primer ejercicio, nos vamos a lanzar unas lanzadas completas, que se combinan con negativas y bajamos lentamente nos podemos hacer de 5 a 10 repeticiones, siempre debemos tener la espalda rígida, y tratar de subir con la pelvis a mismo nivel de las piernas y al bajar también de igual forma.
For the first exercise, we are going to launch some full lunges, which are combined with negative and we can slowly go down we can do 5 to 10 repetitions, we must always have a stiff back, and try to climb with the pelvis at the same level of the legs and down as well in the same way.
Ejercicio Nº 2Exercise Noº 2
Para el segundo ejercicio, haremos lanzadas normales de 5 a 10 repeticiones corrigiendo postura una vez se sube, punteando los pies para mantener nuestro cuerpo en la postura de palanca frontal rígida y metiendo la pelvis con fuerza cada que subimos.
For the second exercise, we will do normal lunges for 5 to 10 repetitions correcting posture once we go up, tapping our feet to keep our body in the rigid front lever posture and pulling our pelvis in hard each time we go up.
Ejercicio Nº 3Exercise Noº 3
Para el tercer ejercicio tenemos que aguantar el touch tuck por al menos unos cinco a diez segundos, una vez tengamos el aguante en touch, bajamos a tuck front normal y también aguantamos de cinco a diez segundos siempre sabiendo que todo lo que hagamos se va a hacer en avanzado.
For the third exercise we have to hold the touch tuck for at least five to ten seconds, once we have the touch tuck, we go down to normal front tuck and also hold for five to ten seconds always knowing that everything we do is going to be done in advanced.
Ejercicio Nº 4Exercise Noº 4
El cuarto ejercicio, pues decidí poner un básico bastante bueno para fatigar las dorsales y quizás terminar de quemar la espalda para, para lograr lo que se quiere, tomar mejor resistencia en la palanca frontal.

Ejercicio Nº 5Exercise Noº 5
Finalizamos, con bandera dragón pero esta vez con una técnica diferente más adaptable al front lever, es decir con los brazos bloqueados y las repeticiones las hacemos con la pelvis bien metida y punteado los pies como si hicieramos press de front.

Mi rutina personal de plancha es una rutina basada en mucho empuje pero a la vez híbrida con algo de tensión, me gusta enfocarme mas en cosas como en flexiones a full, a pino y repeticiones que a aguante y press, espero les guste, y seguir trayendo contenido de calidad para ustedes.
