The author may touch a few nerves as she points out some of the excuses that the blackman has become accustomed to using and the truth of how he acts on the jobsite. I think that she is brave for telling the truth especially since she is trying to bring understanding to the blackwoman and guide her to being able to be with her blackman again. Maybe if we understood them, they wouldn't run and hide his trueself in the arms of a white woman.

This chapter brought me to tears and made me commit deeper to loving my blackmen in my life. My husband, father, brothers, grandsons, nephews, cousins and more. When you are reading this chapter, you can clearly see that some huge systematic way of life was not for the original man of the planet.

She is getting deeper into the conditioning of the blackman. She mentions how he is not treated equal on a job and made to feel as though he would rather not work.

This chapter is dealing with employment conditions of the Blackman. She uses a great resource in stating the huge wage gap between other races and the blackman. The hardest worker is at the bottom and still is today in America

She discusses how whitemen have always had a way of educating their men without interference of others. She suggests that blackmen need to stop asking for support of white people in order to achieve success.

She get's into how important it is to have our own schools as black people here in America. How some tried but was rejected.

This chapter focuses on the education problem of the Blackman/ She talks about how every since integration in 1954 the Blackman has been on the lowest level of the educational scores.

When the Blackman adapted the saying by Malcolm X "By all means neccessary", did he mean it? It seems that communicating some beliefs are not followed through with action. Some things that are said like war against the whiteman is impossible without certain things in place. She goes into the things that it takes to fight a physical war and that most that talk about it can only be talking.

In this section she talks about why the Blackman exaggerates the truth often or has become a habitual liar. Especially about subjects that will make him be viewed as small by society if they only knew the truth.

I learned something very important from this section. The author pointed out that most of the arguments between the blackwoman and blackman is because of their inability to understand eachother's dialect. This causes confusion. She goes deeper and blames it on the messed up fragmented English language.
