This section talks about beans that are good to eat, fruits, which oils to cook with, how to prepare your foods, what bread to eat, how to eat bread, and more.

In the first few pages, He explains the right way to eat. We as black people in America have been given a death sentence through our diets. We think we should eat three times a day which is wrong. We also eat when we are not hungry like the filthy swine.

I love how she pointed out that most blackmen who marry white women have a negative image of themselves so therefore don't want what they are. She also talked about the majority of them that reach rich and fame get a white woman instead of a black one.

This section deals with homosexuality being a sickness and how Blackmen are not to be gay.

This section talks about how the Blackman that is a homosexual describes being with straight men.

She talks about the other woman. How the Blackman uses her to escape reality. she talks about how he uses sex to basically shut his wife and her up.

In this section she gets a little sexual as she describes the blackman and his so called big penis stereotype. I laugh as now I think that's why he wants the whitewoman because she ain't never had too much and if he don't measure up to what society thinks of him, she will still thinks he's the best. Lol that is just me talking.

What stood out to me in this section was when she talked about Fatherhood. I never really thought about the blackman not having a chance to really bond with his kid since there is normally a breakup and the mother downs him.

The author gets deeper into understanding the relationships between the blackman and the blackwoman. She points out how the blackwoman makes the blackman feel worthless and most of the time they rather flee.

This chapter starts off talking about how blackmen deal with relationships. She explains why they blame the blackwoman for their shortcomings.
