  • Micro Dose: My Evening Ritual For Amazing Sleep

It’s no fun to go to sleep, not sleep, wake up tired, and repeat the cycle all over again.

While you can use external things like pills or stimulants to make you fall asleep, I’ve found a much more elegant way that you can actually say goodbye to your day, release stress and perhaps get the deepest rest of your life.

In this episode I describe this evening ritual. I discovered it quite by accident, because I was having this issue myself, and for years now I’ve used it almost every night to sleep deeply, have amazing dreams and wake up feeling energized.

  • Ep 19: How to Design Your Ideal Day

In this special episode, recorded live during a recent 2-day training in Austin TX, we’re exploring a powerful journaling exercise that will help you design your ideal day.

I’ve used this process to continually expand my sense of what’s possible and connect with a future version of me that already has the life I desire.

There was a very fresh energy in the room while recording, and people reported “downloading” all types of insights - images and sensations that gave tremendous clarity around issues they were facing.

The best part is because it’s all you, you can’t get it wrong. It’s not someone else’s idea for success, it’s YOUR idea for a perfect day.

While you’ll definitely get benefit by just listening, I’d encourage you to carve out a little time to sit with your journal or computer and fully activate your imagination during this exercise.

  • Micro Dose: Dealing with Negative Energy

There's nothing "wrong" with feeling bad. Moving up the human scale of emotions is not about getting rid of negative energy, it's about understanding how those emotions play within the full spectrum, and then allowing your natural frequency to be felt.

  • Ep 18: Performance Philosophy (Spoken Word)

This episode we’re going to do something a little different. Over the past few years I’ve shared a lot of content on social media that’s more on the artistic, poetic side, and there are deeper philosophies that run through many of these posts.

So today I’ve decided to share some of them that have gained the most traction, that seemed to really resonate with people, and do so in this more intimate audio format, as well as give some context around their creation.

Perhaps you will find them value in them, and if nothing else, that you feel inspired to process your own thoughts and feelings, not just in your own mind, but externally through writing, art, music, conversation, or another form of artistic expression.

  • Micro Dose: Finding Your Tribe

When you connect with people who understand you, when you find that special group who accepts you just as you are, life takes on a whole new richness, a different shine, an entirely new power.

  • Ep 17: The Zero Point (Wisdom Quadrants #3)

Whether you’re coming from a religious, spiritual or purely scientific background, we humans understand there is something deeper out there behind this universe, something we can know about yet never truly know.

And the space to access that deeper intelligence is through The Zero Point - stillness, silence, and solitude. Within that place you connect with something bigger than you.

In this episode, I’m sharing some practices that I’ve not only found rejuvenating and recharging, but also very easy to do. We’re quite literally talking about putting the world on pause.

True creation occurs in the “backstage,” in the stillness of your own mind. From entering this space of presence, you’ll find yourself tapping into this incredible creative power, fostering increasing opportunities for self-mastery, and channeling that deeper wisdom inside of you.

All of that manifestation is just on the other side of a few minutes of The Zero Point.

  • Micro Dose: The Freedom Seekers

This one is for the freedom seekers, the freedom lovers, the freedom generators

For the liberated livers of life who have opted out of the societal game of the controllers and the controlled.

For the self-authorized men and women who filter all attempts at persuasion through the question “are you qualified to tell me how to live my life?”

For the sovereign individuals who have relinquished the power that authority has over them and instead embrace their own ability to generate authority for themselves.

    This one is for you.

  • Ep 16: Exploring the Five Clarities

The natural state of life is one of flow and expansion. And yet so many people live their lives in frustration, overwhelm, or fear. Why?

There are five clarities that are worth exploring, and finding answers to each of these will help you tap into that natural flow. These insights have had a significant impact on my own life, helping me grow from a place of fear and loneliness to one of authenticity, power and clarity.

After listening to this episode, you’re going to be armed with a complete new set of philosophies that will give you a deeper sense of your own power and purpose and how to channel that into whatever you’re creating.

  • Micro Dose: You Get What You Tolerate

In your life, you don’t get what you want, you don’t get what you’re committed to, you get what you tolerate.

How bad are you willing to let things get before you do something about it? That’s your level of tolerance.

You want a fast way to change your life, anything in your life, and do it fast? Lower your tolerance, and your standards will rise.

  • Ep 15: Unlocking Unforgettable Influence

For those people in the world that pride themselves on helping others to change - whether it’s coaching or teaching, as an entrepreneur towards your clients or customers, or simply desiring to be a good friend that uplifts those around you - there is often such a scarcity of results. You’re left wondering: how I can help someone to actually make real change in their lives? And this can lead to fear-based energy, thinking “I’m not good enough, I need to learn more and then I can help my clients, students, etc.”

It doesn’t have to be that way. And in this episode, I’m going to share with you a formula of what I’ve observed over the past few decades, of creating unforgettable influence, that  magnetic attraction to what it is that you’re doing. From this place, when the client, the marketplace, the audience has a problem, you are the first person they think of. In fact, there’s nobody else that even pops into their minds. And once you unlock this unforgettable influence, you live in a state of expanded abundance, with the ability to give, to grow, and to gain.
