Jesus is Real Radio with Daniel Fusco

God most certainly doesn't need our help. He could probably get a lot more accomplished without us, in fact! However, our Creator actually enjoys our involvement in His work, and wants to be part of our lives! Pastor Daniel tells us in today's message that this is why God created us, because of love! He loves us so much that He wants us to work along side Him, spreading His joy to all the world, and fighting for good and truth!

As we go through tough times, we can find it a little easier to rely on God's comfort and strength as it's likely the only thing that actually sustains us. As life becomes easier and more comfortable again, though, we can forget how much we need God on a daily basis and try to go it alone. Pastor Daniel urges each of us today to cling to God for all our needs, soaking up His goodness and allowing ourselves to hunger for more of His presence!

God doesn't want us to fail. In fact, Pastor Daniel tells us in today's message that God has actually set up guidelines to help us succeed! These laws aren't meant to stifle us, but rather to give us a framework to see the world as God sees it, and do what we can to follow in our Creator's footsteps. God wants us to be different than the people around us, and therefore able to be easily identified as His children. All we need to do is obey Him!

There are things in our lives that are keeping us from following God completely. It may be a little indulgence or a huge sin, but no matter what it is God wants to cut it out of our hearts! This process won't be easy, but as Pastor Daniel reminds us today, it's a necessary procedure! To follow God with all we are, we need to be willing to put aside the pleasures in this world, taking up instead God's Kingdom cause and the spreading of love and grace!

Today Pastor Daniel shares how the things Moses is reminding the Israelites of are things that Jesus has fulfilled for us! From the Ten Commandments to the Manna provided for them, and even to the Ark of the Covenant where God met with His people – our Savior demonstrated and lived out every single detail! Jesus became the answer to our lack of ability to follow the law and its perfect author, creating a gift of grace that we can hold on to!

The Bible tells us over and over again of God's faithfulness, His love, and His mercy. We cling to the promises we read, but do we remember them in times of trouble? Pastor Daniel today reminds us how important it is to keep God's Word in our hearts! We don't need to remind God of what He's said – rather, we need to remind ourselves, and praying prayers from Scripture can go a long way in solidifying them in our hearts and minds!

Our lives take many twists and turns, sometimes in the course of a single day. We can get caught up in the the trials and begin to focus only on the things we see as negatives about ourselves, but what is God doing in the midst of it all? Today Pastor Daniel encourages us to shift our focus beyond the immediate problems and look for God's hand. God has plenty for us to do, and when we feel inadequate, He'll give us exactly what we need!

In today's message, Pastor Daniel encourages us all to take a moment and remember the incredible things God has done in our lives. These things could be huge, life-altering events, or they could be simple little blessings! Even something as small as being able to read the Bible is worth praising God for. We tend to take what we have for granted. Today, allow God to open your eyes to the small blessings, and thank Him for it all!

Why does God allow us to go through difficulties in this life? This is a question many have asked, and ask every day. In today's message, Pastor Daniel discusses those times when we don't have enough and why God can do miraculous things in those times! When we turn to God, He steps forward in miraculous ways, providing everything we need in the best possible timing. God has us in His hands, we can be sure of that!

When we're in the midst of a difficult situation, we want God to act quickly! Even when there's potential for positivity, God's timing never matches what we think it should be. Pastor Daniel today reminds us that God is all about the process, whereas we're focused on the outcome. God can see far beyond what we can, and therefore has a much better timeline for bringing about the best outcome. God will work, but we need to be patient!
