Jesus is Real Radio with Daniel Fusco

Life can definitely get in our way at times. We have bills to pay and innumerable activities to keep track of, and too often God’s plan gets pushed to the side. When we don’t put God’s will first in our lives, we miss out on an incredible journey! Pastor Daniel reminds us today to not let God get lost in the busyness of life, but to let God dictate how our life goes. He has great plans for each of us, and wants to impact the world through us!

There’s a lot of creativity in every person. It may not reveal itself in ways we typically think of, like painting or music, but each individual has unique gifts that make creativity possible. In today’s message, Pastor Daniel encourages us to tap into our God-given talents and use them to spark a creative change in the world around us. God’s creativity is evident in everyone, and today’s a great day to start to brainstorm some great ideas!

Jesus has done everything for us. When we accept His free gift of Salvation, we’ll find He’s given us life, blessed us, and forgiven our sins! He also serves us, and asks that we live by His example. Jesus wasn’t afraid to do the lowest and dirtiest of jobs, and He didn’t shy away from the people who weren’t like Him. Pastor Daniel today asks us to take Jesus example and apply it to our lives, looking for the ways we can serve others!

This world is filled with injustice. Many times it can become completely overwhelming, and we can feel there’s nothing we can do to make a change! In today’s message, Pastor Daniel reveals a simple Biblical way to begin to tackle the problem of injustice – service! Jesus served people everywhere He went, not allowing their lifestyle, nationality, gender, or anything else to stop Him. We can follow His example and begin to change the world!

Being a part of a church is so important to the health of our spiritual walks! When we spend time with other believers worshipping our Creator and learning together from His Word, we’ll find we have a community that is with us in everything. Pastor Daniel encourages us today to take it one step farther. When we join a smaller, more intimate group of people, we’ll have an immediate support system that we too can contribute to!

When difficulties come our way, we don’t have to be afraid! We have something, or rather Someone, on our side who is much greater than anything the enemy can throw our way! Pastor Daniel shares today how the Holy Spirit fills us with the security and strength we need to conquer any situation. We may not be able to see that in the moment of trial, though, so Pastor Daniel encourages us to surround ourselves with people who will remind us!

Having someone who can speak truth into your life is an incredible blessing! The Bible gives us many examples of a mentor and mentoree relationship, and how beneficial it is in our growth in faith! In today’s message, Pastor Daniel encourages each of us to find someone who can see past our blind spots and isn’t afraid to point out that which we need to fix. This person’s goal will be to point us toward our Heavenly Father!

Human beings many times focus on our own Kingdoms, where we’re in charge and it’s up to us to make things happen. This personal Kingdom brings with it plenty of worry, and plenty of difficulty! Pastor Daniel tells us in today’s message that there’s a better Kingdom for us to focus on! God’s Kingdom, where He’s in control, is so much better! We can rely on God to provide everything we need as we press forward in His Kingdom agenda!

What do you value? It may be something that is good, but Pastor Daniel warns us in today’s message not to make what we view as valuable our main priority. Our focus should always be on God, and what His plan is for us in His Kingdom! When we let God’s priorities become our own, we’ll allow Him to work in our hearts and direct our steps. Our focus will be on sharing God’s love and grace with the entire world, and moving God’s Kingdom forward!

The world gives things that it sees as a priority in life. It can be about developing a perfect family, having a full bank account, or even achieving your own dreams and successes. These things aren’t bad in and of themselves, but they won’t provide lasting happiness. Today we learn from Pastor Daniel that there’s a priority that should trump everything else – God’s Kingdom agenda! God has great plans for each and every one of us!
