Jim and Jon first congratulate Badgers volleyball star Sarah Franklin for announcing that she is joining Madison's pro volleyball team LOVB Madison following her final season of eligibility this year! They work their way back to two crazy sporting events from Thursday night, including the wonky free kick field goal that the Chargers took going into halftime of their win over the Broncos followed by an all-time collapse by Nebraska Volleyball, which blew a 2-0 lead to Penn State in last night's Final Four matchup! They cue the fans to chime in with the strangest niche rules in that they can think of in pro sports and in their own rec sports leagues. They also run through some of the all-time greatest comebacks/blown leads in sports history, leading off with Vikings fan Jon's submission of the 2014 NFC Championship Game. With the phone lines still not working at the ESPN Madison Everlight Solar studio, they pivot from Jason Wilde's usual Friday appearance on the show to discuss the devil inside all phones nowadays: social media platforms and how much toxic, time-wasting energy they pull from our lives.

Jim Rutledge and Jon Arias roll into Hour 2 of Phish Friday when the phones are once again down at the ESPN Madison Everlight Solar studio. But, the talk & text line is still alive and well, and Jim triggers an "old" texter who was dilly-dallying with their time today at Costco. Jon fires back at the entire sports world for dunking on UW-Green Bay head coach and national radio host, Doug Gottlieb, who Jon feels was misrepresented in his "Nobody U" quote that surfaced after Wednesday's loss to D2 Michigan Tech. They continue calling out the olds with some of the awkward words that they feel should be eliminated from all grandparents' vocabulary.
