Snow, ice, wind, and freezing temperatures strike Utah and UMC as USBA kicks off the 2024 season with round 1 on the East Course!! Good weather Saturday, made for some amazing, but sadly the fun didn't last as the dreaded Utah spring weather effect took over slammed the track with freezing conditions. The question is whether or not the racers there this past weekend were happy about the decision to cancel the rest of the day, or if they would've preferred to tough out the nasty Utah weather and race in the most extreme conditions. Either way we're here to tell you all about the weekend including but not limited to Utah's crazy weather. Beyond USBA we have had some official announcements from MotoGP and what the future bikes will look like, or at least what limits they'll be held to come the big rule changes in 2027. From perfect track conditions for a Friday, moving into rain Saturday morning, into dry again for the Sprint? Moto America 2024 season has officially kicked off, and what an exciting season it is going to be!! Official round one found us in Georgia at the world famous Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. With a privateer qualifying 1st, and the rest of the front row filled in with a brand new superbike rider, and our favorite Josh Herrin, our two past Moto America Champions found themselves starting from behind on the 2nd row. Will they be able to catch the rookie and the privateer? Will Josh Herrin prove that he does still belong on the Ducati Panigale V4 with the other superbikes? Will BMW dominate Moto America in 2024 and leave all other manufacturer riders questioning their decisions? Moto America is often exciting but this round was certainly one of the best road races of all time! Beyond that the 2024 season is shaping up to deliver many nail biting hectic races as we travel across America and determine a champion. Round 3 of MotoGP 2024 is officially complete, and quite honestly left us and many other speechless!! What an amazing weekend of world-class motorcycle racing here in America! Mulitple new world records hit, not just lap records either, although those were definitely included! Batman, Top Gun, Maverick, whatever he is calling himself these days, together with the Factory Aprilia team delivered an untouchable weekend resulting in many records from themselves alone!! Acosta our rookie of the season brought home an amazing weekend and also set a record himself. Beyond that there are many other racers to talk about, and in general the race and sprint alike were non stop action once again making for an amazing weekend of racing at The Circuit of the Americas!! COTA is always an experience and usually delivers some fun, but this year will definitely go down in history as one of the most exciting weekends of MotoGP!! MotoGP 2024 has officially begun and we're here to tell you all about the first weekend in Qatar. There are many big names with high hope this year, and the first sprint and race of the year were a testament to that!! The reigning world champion managed to end the weekend at the top of the points list, but not without a fight first. With many other big names coming out and proving that they'll be here to fight this year, and a few names possibly not showing all their cards, it will be a wild season for sure!! Some of the bigger points to talk on this weekend were the debut of Marc on his Ducati and of course the debut of the rookie Pedro Acosta.
