In episode 3 the JMJ crew discuss the importance of both positive and negative influencers. We tell our listeners about who our influencers are and how to become the influencer they want to be for those around them. 

Episode 2 takes our listeners through making connections with children, coworkers and adults in general. We discuss the importance of making meaningful connections with those we interact with each day. In this episode you will find ways to build connections. 

Episode 1 is all about the things The Crew at JMJ wish they knew when heading into their first year(s) of teaching. While this episode discuses education and the adventures of a first year teacher, non educators will find ways of relating through the Social Emotional pieces we impose into this episode.
