California Scrub-Jay
Ingredients
1 cup ice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz light rum
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
Black licorice straw

Directions
1.      Combine ice, pineapple juice, rum, blue Curacao, and cream of coconut in a blender
2.      Blend on high speed until smooth
3.      Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with the licorice straw
