It is happening. A great line in the sand of the world is being drawn. Many people are being informed that they cannot work unless they comply to the new mandates. Soon, many will have to make that final choice. Either to comply or, take that final leap into total abandonment to God. To comply is putting your faith and trust in the world and the things and ways of the world. The latter is proving to God that you trust Him. Trusting Him is more than to believe He will save you from whatever the system threatens us with. To not comply puts you in the category of walking in the fire with the Son of God, like Shadrag, Meshach and Abednego.

A line was drawn for them and they chose the Lord's side. It is like Daniel watching God locking the Lion's mouths in the Lion's den. Daniel had a hard line drawn for him too. Both instances were in the fullest extreme measures, and their choice was honored by Jesus Christ.  The promises in God's Word are more than sure, they are eternal. The Lord will be with us in and through the fires of this world being stoked up seven times hotter against us. At the end of this trial, the Crown of the Over-comer will be waiting for us. Do you think that God will not take care of us?  Let us trust the Lord like never before. This is the time when God's people will shine like the stars in heaven forever and ever. Let us remain courageous and faithful.   "God does not give us overcoming life, He gives us life as we overcome." ~Oswald Chambers

Many decades ago I was facing severe trials. Reading His word was more than just reading it. I poured over it searching for something, a word that would speak to me personally. Something that I can grab onto and hold on for dear life. One day I saw the words in Psalms 16:8, "I have set the Lord always before me, because He is at my right hand therefore I shall not be moved." It was in that moment that the Holy Spirit illuminated that passage. It became more than ink and paper. Those words became "alive an active, sharper than any two-edged sword, and they became my anchor. It was as if God Himself carved those words into my heart, and to this day they remain fixed, tried and true.

I did exactly what the words said. I instantly put those words to use and exercised them. I can with certainty say that I am living proof that when I had set myself to set Christ before me, I made it out alive. "Because He was and is at my right hand." David said, "because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. You see, setting God before you, is more than what we all think. David went on in that scripture saying, "Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope." There was an outcome to setting the Lord always before him. It gave him joy and deep heart gladness. His tongue rejoiced in God, and his physical body rested in hope.

Because God was at His right hand and David was aware of it always.  The increasing beauty of it was David began to see the eternal world and the resurrection as he aged. Further yet his eyes began to see into heavenly glory. He knew that there was a path that led there. "Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore." So we see here that David was seeing the eternal spiritual highway that leads to heaven where the Lord is. Where Christ sits on the right hand of the Father.   Make sure you set the Lord always before you, then you will see that He is at your right hand and you will never be moved. On earth He stands on our right hand, in heaven we will stand on his right hand.

"For with thee shall I live when the stars of twilight are no more, and the heavens have vanished away and only thou remainest."

DONATE ANOTHER WAY: You can send your donations to my PayPal (down below), and mark it, "For Pakistan." Also you can send your donations to my P.O. Box address (down below), and mark it "For Pakistan." All donations will be sent to them immediately.

NOTE: Due to the sensitivity issues in Pakistan, Pastor Shahzoob did his best to share with us what the Lord is doing. He did not want to jeopardize their missions.

Until recently I had no idea how powerfully the Lord has been moving in Pakistan. "A door of effectuals was opened unto me," and I entered in through them into the nation of Pakistan to teach and preach the word of God. It was like I literally stepped into right into the Book of Acts. I was recently introduced to Pastor Shahzoob and have spent time talking with him. He shared with me his powerful testimony, his call from the Lord to go out and preach the gospel of salvation throughout his land.

He read from the words from Matthew 28:18-20, "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

He took those words seriously and went out and preached the word everywhere. A great outpouring from the Lord has fallen upon the people of Pakistan. Through Pastor Shahzoob's life, and the lives of many others who are now risen up as a great company of tireless working saints. They are powerfully stretching themselves towards heaven in mighty praying, and evangelism. I have never in my whole life seen what is happening there, and it is a sweeping movement of God. These pastors and workers know Jesus Christ is coming again very soon, so they run hard. They run hard because they know the time is short, and they are wasting no time. Please pray for them for the nation of Pakistan.

There comes a time that the Lord will begin to start stirring you up. You will feel a sense of some kind of change coming. It is notable and distinct and it begins to grow and and grow. Along with it comes a knowing that it is not originating from you. Then a time comes that you finally realize it is the Lord Himself calling you. There may have been other times, but this is a clear calling from God that stands alone. Meaning, there is a maturity clause in it that you realize demands a mature response that He deserves.

A knowing is involved as well, that this is a calling that you realize could mean a change of life. No one ever knows what the Lord has in mind so an intelligent pause happens. You know better than to give a flip answer. When you finally get to that place where you are ready to answer Him yes or no, there was time spent in truly counting the cost. Many people begin to get anxious when they feel this deep moving of God. They begin to start the process of deductive issues of why they most likely will not be able to do serve Him. They do not take into account that the Lord would never ask anyone to serve Him and then make them carry and do everything.

This is where many mighty opportunities are lost. They deduce them away with a horizontal view of "how" they are going to be able serve Christ with so much going on their lives. However, Christ is only seeking an answer from you. He is giving you a choice.   That choice is a forked road. Because when you choose to say yes, then you are enter into path of service and "a way." Do not be afraid to say yes to the Lord, and when you do, give Him room to move afterwards. It may not be tomorrow or next week, but He will come for you. He will do everything for you. Yours is only to obey in joy when He brings you into it.

There is a saying, "the weight of the world is on my shoulders." This is often said by those who are burdened down with heavy things in life. Heavy things of the heart and mind. There are earthly things, and spiritual things. There are many scenarios of what those weights are that people have been bearing through long years and longsufferings. Yet those that belong to Jesus Christ are those that continue to "bear upon their shoulders" by choice. No matter how hard and bad things get. No matter how many times they have reached their many ends, the same choice comes down to it. They choose to go on with Christ. Because there is something far stronger than themselves. That something is a Someone. It is the life of Jesus Christ.

The Kohathites were "given the charge of the service of the sanctuary, belonging unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders." And "their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith they minister, and the hanging, and all the service thereof." (Numbers 3:31; 7:9).

To them was committed the care of the most precious things, things too precious to be carried in any other way. Perhaps you are wondering why it is you. Why it has always been you that has been bearing upon your shoulders, the lives of people you love in prayer to the Lord. And the spiritual cares of all of those who show no signs of improvement. Have you considered that it may be a charge given to you because Jesus knew He could trust you with what is precious to Him? Because He knew before He chose you that you would be faithful to in it?

Remember the Shepherd took the lost sheep, and a sheep is a heavy thing, and laid it on his shoulders. If the Good Shepherd asks us to bear upon our shoulders the care of souls, surely it is because that burden is too precious to be carried in any other way. He will provide you with strength when it gets too hard. The Father gave 'special strength' to His well-beloved Son Jesus Christ during His life. He did it for Him and our Father in heaven will do it also for you. You are a member of the Household now.

"Sometimes when we read the words of those who have been more than conquerors, we feel almost despondent. I feel that I shall never be like that. But they won through step by step, by little bits of wills, little denials of self, little inward victories, by faithfulness in very little things. They became what they are. No one sees these little hidden steps. They only see the accomplishment, but even so, those small steps were taken. There is no sudden triumph, no spiritual maturity. That is the work of the moment.” -- Amy Carmichael

Many who love the Lord from their hearts all share a common heartbeat. That heartbeat is Christ's heart that beats in them. That compelling within is to want to not only live for Christ alone, but to share the good news of the Gospel always. Spurgeon said, "If you have no hunger for others to be saved, you are not saved yourself." Strong but true words. How many times have we dreamed of leaving all behind, and in a sense, dropping our own earthly nets in exchange for the eternal, unbreakable, gospel-dragnet.

We have read biographies of the great men and women of old who did so. We are in awe of the power of God's love towards those "that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death" from these beautiful missionaries. How these very common men and women answered the call. Many go away sad, feeling that "call" is for others more qualified and better than themselves. Today Will and Angela Williams join me in discussion regarding this very thing. Listen to how they describe with expression of their heart's greatest joy, and purest love for Jesus Christ in answering the call. Their steadfast hunger and thirst for serving the Lord is rich, fervent and aromatic. Though they answered the call in their community,  yet there was only a "famine of the hearing of the word of the Lord." There were no open doors. "They could do no mighty works there."

Yet a "great door and effectuals" were opened to them in Pakistan after they prayed, fasted and sought the Lord for what He had for them. They had no idea that would happen. Now they are experiencing a "great fountain" that has opened up there. Multitudes of the spiritually thirsty and starving men, women and children are responding with overwhelming joy. They are receiving the eternal free gift of their Salvation through the gospel Will and Angela now preach there. The people are now drinking of the refreshing, life-giving Living Waters, and partaking of the Bread of life, Jesus Christ. Let this discussion, their words, testimony and passion inspire you to know that "the call" is your call too.  Make sure you answer "The Call."

Where there is a beginning of all things, there is an ending of all things. Everything we know has an ending. Even Jesus told His disciples before He suffered and died, "for the things concerning Me have an end." The cycles of life and nature live and die. The day comes and goes. Everything living thing on earth has a beginning and an end. A day is coming when the end will come for this time we are in, which is called, The Day of Grace at the Rapture.  "As Jesus sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?"

He spoke of earthly distresses, wars and rumors of war, nation rising against nation, famines, pestilences, earthquakes in many places. But that was not the end, that was only the beginning of the end. He said, it was be "the beginning of sorrows." He finally answers the question in Matthew 24:14, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come." He speaks about a notable time by using the words, "and then." Which denotes Christ ushering in the consummation of all things regarding His Second Coming.  What is interesting is when He says "then shall the end come." In the Greek translation,(Gr. καὶ τότε] "and then shall the end come," actually means, "when the announcement shall have been made throughout the whole world."  It does not mean, it is coming, it actually means, "it is here, it has arrived."

There is an end also to the Church Age, the Day of Grace, which is about to end. Then there will be a seven year period, then those days will end and the Millennial Kingdom will be established. After the thousand years are ended, which is referred to as the Seventh Day, then the "Eternity of Eternity will begin..."world without end.

" Make sure that you make full proof of this time in everything you do for Christ. "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."

It is no secret that the greater multitudes of humanity are in bondage to every kind of addiction, as well as those who are Christians. The saved and the unsaved are in the same heavy, ruthless chains. Both are miserable because it is not just a physical bondage but also a spiritual one that is relentless. In their will they want nothing more to be free, but they are time and again led away in the slavery of it.  The unsaved try to deal with it in the medical secular way and still never know the true inward deliverance from it. The basically live doing nothing more than routinely mowing their fields of weeds. Many of them like Holly search for a spiritual way out. And out of desperation many find themselves entering through the doors of the occult in hopes to find deliverance.

However, they only find a counterfeit form of peace and deliverance that is short lived and empty. They wind up in a darker bondage and added chains of confusion and added sorrows. The saved that are in bondage are crying out to God to deliver them, and still many find that they cannot stop drinking, smoking. They live in shame and constant guilt, which are other chains. There are many kinds of bondages to numerous to list here. But really it is all the same thing and the same heavy chains. Holly shares with us how she was in heavy bondage to addictions, but reveals that after years of slavery, she finally cried out to God who heard her.

It was not an overnight process. She explains how it was definitely a day by day process. This is a very important discussion because many people say they have cried out to God to help them, and deliver them. Yet they go on like slaves bowing to the enemy who holds those chains. They hang their heads down, and drink and smoke and do the things they are bound in with grief. They give up asking Jesus to deliver them because it does not happen right away. But Jesus does not always do things right away, and the truth is, He will deliver.

Consider what A.W. Tozer says:  "Whenever God begins something, we have the assurance that He will finish it. Nothing will stand in the way of Him accomplishing His purpose in this world and in our lives. What God starts, He finishes, and nobody can hinder Him. Sure, delays will happen. Just remember, God is in charge of the delays as well as the progress." Amen, rest assured and have peace in your hearts, God WILL deliver you just as He delightfully delivered Holly. "He delivered me because He delighted in me." God delights in you and will deliver you just the same. You can rely on Him....Your Deliverer.

When anytime we hear the word 'endurance" we understand it to be something awful, hard and exhausting for a long period of time. Yet, Paul tells us in James 5:11, “Behold, we count them happy which endure”  So we see that there are two words that do not seem to go together. We never really equate enduring with happiness. What does 'enduring' really mean in the Bible?"  The Greek word for endurance (or steadfast) is derived from the combination hypo, meaning “under,” and the verb meneo, meaning, “to abide.” Together they form hypomeneo, an endurance while “abiding under.”  This is a strengthening derived from bearing a heavy weight upon one’s shoulders for extended periods of time–the Biblical version of “no pain, no gain.”

The endurance we see and understand is earthly with few gains. But there is an eternally mindedness to what endurance means spiritually.  If we were only to endure great afflictions, losses, battles, sorrows and intense pains just to simply endure, then there is not happiness in it all. It just becomes something we do to "get through it." We are about to enter into a time in prophetic history that is going to demand a different kind of endurance. There is a happiness Paul saw when he described who "they" are that he counted happy. "Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience." James 5:10. No other class of people suffered  worse than the prophets of God. They were tortured, wandered alone, hated, despised, and were poor.

Yet, Paul accounted them happy because they saw the unseen and not the temporal. They endured and are now among the "great cloud of witnesses," in the upper glories of heaven land, full of great eternal happiness. If you are to endure what is coming, and to be counted happy, it is because you understand what enduring for what is eternal means, and for what endures forever. Then when it comes down to heavy enduring, a heaven-given happiness enters in that gives power to endure.

"The power of an endless life."  "Wait a little longer. Ah, beloved! How despicable our troubles and trials will seem when we look back upon them! Looking at them here in the prospect, they seem immense; but when we get to heaven, they will seem to us just nothing at all….Let us go on, therefore; and if the night be ever so dark, remember there is not a night that shall not have a morning; and that morning is to come by-and-by.” ~Charles H. Spurgeon

When anyone who makes up their mind to truly serve the Lord, the enemy stands up and takes notice. It will not take long before he starts hindering the work of a person given over to serve Christ. We are taught in the word that we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses. These witnesses are in heaven now, but their works remain here bearing witness of them. Witness of their common ordinary lives turned into powerful vessels of God in great confrontations with the devil.

Anytime there is a great work being done Satan will contest it. He will rise up and do everything he can to defy the Lord in it.  All through the Bible from the Garden of Eden until Revelation we see Satan always contending, resisting, attacking and hindering. Doing everything he can to defeat the saints of the Lord. Many have risen up to serve the Lord, and through heavy wars and battles through the decades, they "waxed valiant in the fight." They all have become lion-like people because they see Christ in everything, everywhere, all the time.  Jesus is the Author and Finisher of your faith, and will go with you through your entire life teaching you, and educating you and taking you from strength to strength, from faith to faith, from grace to grace, from glory to glory and ultimately face to face. As William Gurnall said it, "God will place you on the battle field with courage, and He will take you off the battle field with honor."

"God plants His saints in the most useless places. We say, 'God intends me to be here because I am so useful.' Jesus never estimated His life along with the greatest use. God puts His saints where they will bring the most glory to Him, and we are totally incapable of judging where that may be."  ~Oswald Chambers
