Today is National Jobshare Day and we're going to be celebrating all things jobsharing! In this episode we talk about what brought us to jobsharing and why it had such a profound impact on our lives. We go back to basics with what jobsharing is, how it impacts indiviudals and organisations and share some top tips for people currently jobsharing or those thinking about a new jobshare.
