In the East we are at the beginning of what will be the big warm up with temperatures heading to the 80s to near 90 midweek with little or no rain forecast.

There is a chance for  showers or thunderstorm inland areas Northern Mid Atlantic to New England. as an upper air disturbance moves east out of the Ohio Valley where we are seeing lots of clouds. Severe weather in the Central and Southern Plains today and in the Southern Plains Monday. The week ahead brings warm weather to the Eastern US.

Joe  & Joe Weather Show  Tuesday May 4, 2021 Another busy severe weather day across the Deep South, Southeast and Mid Atlantic with tornado and flash flood producing thunderstorms. A busy evening with a number of Tornado, Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Watches posted. Wednesday the risk shifts to the coastal plain from Southern New Jersey to Florida, west to Southeast Louisiana. Cooler air takes over in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic beginning Thursday and lasting through the weekend.

Joe  & Joe Weather Show  Monday May 3, 2021 A busy day of severe weather risks from the Southern Plains to the Ohio Valley and also across the South and Southeast US. Tuesday the severe weather risk shifts slightly eastward and covers most areas east of the Mississippi River to the Middle and South Atlantic Coast including the Ohio Valley. The Northeast is fighting another battle with a warm front bring showers tonight and warmer air trying to move northward into Southern New England Tuesday. Later this week it will turn cooler in the East and we have a look at the weekend which includes Mother's Day.

Joe  & Joe Weather Show  Tuesday April 27, 2021 Severe weather risks today from the Southern Plains to the Western Great Lakes and from the Southern Plains to the Ohio Valley Wednesday. The warm up in the Eastern US is underway and continues Wednesday. Meanwhile, high elevation snow is expected to continue across the central and southern Rockies through Wednesday afternoon. Winter Storm Warnings remain in effect across north-central Colorado for snow accumulations up to 12 inches.

Joe  & Joe Weather Show  Sunday April 25, 2021 Low pressure offshore will be moving away to the northeast taking the rain with it and away from New England. Weather conditions improve with dry and warmer weather coming into midweek. 80s will spread up the East Coast. Severe Weather will be an issue Tuesday in the Southern Plains as low pressure begins to develop there. Snow in the the Central Rockies Tuesday.
