In today's episode, we cover 2 Samuel 5-6 and see the Ark coming to the new capital city  Jerusalem. David gets jiggy with it and his wife is not amused. 

Today in review of 2 Samuel Chapters 3-4, we see the house of Saul come to an end and the reign of David begins. This course of events changes the nation of Israel forever. In the words of Ric Ocasek of "The Cars"  - LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!

Today we begin the book of 2 Samuel and observed David's realization that Saul and Jonathan are dead. One of Usain Bolt's forefathers makes an apperence. 

Today we complete the book of 1 Samuel and see the kidnapping of David's family and the final scene of Saul & Jonathan's life. Such a tragic ending. Now, we turn to 2 Samuel and continue the story. 

In today's episode, we deal with the events of 1 Samuel 28-29 and this strange issue of calling up the dead. Huh? We learn Saul's death is near. 

Today in 1 Samuel, chapter 25-26, we see an odd move by David we title "paralyzed by logic." We are drawing near the end of 1 Samuel and look forward to new scenery ahead. 

Today in the review of 1 Samuel chapters 24-25 we see David restrain himself by not touching "the Lord's anointed" (Better man than me) - and we also meet the wise and beautiful Abigale.  Zoie chimes in with barks of praise!

Today we see the mad (crazy) King Saul continue his path of destruction chasing David. David moves his family to safety and gathers a formidable fighter force. Dimetapp joins the show.

Today looking at 1 Samuel 20-21, we find the self-destructive ways of King Saul continue and His son and David create an even tighter bond based upon a vow before the Lord.  Also, some real Kentuckians show up :)

Today we continue our journey through 1 Samuel (Chapter 18-19) and see Saul turn on David and plot to kill him. All the Drama of Downtown Abbey :)
