In an abridged version of Idiocracy, we talk Pete Hegseth's white nationalist tattoos, and his attempts to rewrite the history of January 6th.

With Musk heading up DoGE, these regulations may be a target of his. Taking a pause from politics, we take a look at the weather with Brittney Merlot, and also get her take on the new DOT snow warnings discussed last hour. Later, Mike McCabe joins the show to talk about a few topics he's been writing about in the past week: government watchdogs, like OpenSecrets losing their funding and (potentially) closing their doors, and also the subject of social media algorithms. They touch on the school shooting that took place Monday, and close out discussing the parallels between Luigi Mangione and 1930s bank robbers, in opposition to the modern equivalent of foreclosing banks: the healthcare industry. To many common people, they're both folk heroes, even though they're criminals.
