What are you doing today (or every day) to turn your fantasy into reality? What steps are you taking to help you get where you want to be?
What's the point of a first draft? How can you look at it so that you're not setting yourself up for frustration or failure?

So many writers what to do what everyone else is doing because they think that by doing it, they'll get the same results. You won't. You'll just exhaust yourself. Your journey is your own, and you can walk it in any number of ways.
Here's my challenge to you today - take a look at your writing routine. Is it helping you? Could it be changed? What could you do better? What parts of it are under your control and what parts aren't?
If you need help building a writing routine, visit: http://johnhelpsyouwritebetter.as.me/freeconsultation and we'll get you set up.
