Former San Francisco 49er and current Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker led the AFC to a 24-23 comeback win over the NFC in the Pro Bowl. Walker caught the game winning touchdown from Raiders quarterback David Carr with 1:31 remaining.
Former Oakland Raiders Head Coach John Madden said on his regular KCBS Radio Monday morning interview that the NFL has brought excitement back to the Pro Bowl by elevating other NFL events.
"They've made a big event out of everything else. So the Pro Bowl has really lost it's luster. But when you put it next to some of the things that the NFL has made big it's not that bad anymore" Madden Said.
For the game Walker was voted the offensive MVP, and Broncos linebacker Von Miller was the defensive MVP.
The Coach will give his Super Bowl 52 preview on Friday morning.
