- Las progresiones que puedo realizar son varias pero las que me ayudaron a avanzar en la plancha son los que veremos a continuación.

## - Experiencia -

- La verdad es de vital importancia hacer nuestros estiramientos y ejercicios para calentar, al competir eso es muy importante para evitar lesiones creemos a veces que podemos darle con todo sin calentar pero la verdad no, debemos hacerlo.

Cuando iba camino a Barquisimeto tenía pensado en hacer un combo de freestyle que anteriormente lo habia hecho pero no practiqué lo suficientemente como para hacerlo en la competencia más sin embargo siempre hago lo mejor posible.

Los chicos de Santa Elena de verdad tienen un buen nivel y pueden mejorar mucho más, estaré atento a volver a competir con ellos.

## - Experience -

- The truth is of vital importance to do our stretching and exercises to warm up, when competing that is very important to avoid injuries, sometimes we believe that we can hit it with everything without warming up but the truth is no, we must do it.

When I was on my way to Barquisimeto I was thinking of doing a freestyle combo that I had done before but I didn't practice enough to do it in the competition but I always do my best.

The guys from Santa Elena really have a good level and can improve a lot more, I will be looking forward to compete with them again.

Saludos amigos de #Hive y comunidad de Street Workout, hace unos días siento un poco pesado el cuerpo, decidí hacer una rutina básica para fortalecer tanto el jale como empuje, es una rutina muy efectiva para fortalecer el tren superior.

- 1º Ejercicio: Plancha abdominal abierta 30seg de aguante + 10seg de rebotes abriendo y cerrando las piernas + 10seg de aguante con las piernas cerradas.

- 2º Ejercicio: Aguante colgado en la barra 5seg + aguante arriba 5seg + aguante a la mitad 5seg + aguante colgado 5seg. (REPETIR UNA VEZ MAS)

- 3º Ejercicio: Aguante de dominadas australianas 3seg arriba + 2seg abajo. 4/6 repeticiones.

- 4º Ejercicio: Aguante con los brazos en paralelas 5seg + 5 repeticiones + 5seg de aguante.

>- 1st Exercise: Open abdominal plank 30sec hold + 10sec bouncing by opening and closing legs + 10sec hold with legs closed.

>- 2nd Exercise: Hanging hold on the bar 5sec + up hold 5sec + half hold 5sec + hanging hold 5sec (REPEAT ONE MORE TIME).

>- 3rd Exercise: Aussie pull-up hold 3sec up + 2sec down. 4/6 repetitions.

>- 4th Exercise: Hold with arms parallel 5sec + 5 reps + 5sec hold.

- Cuando llegamos a casa de @angelosw también estubo @castillo-sw su hermano, nos recibieron y luego llegaron @ashura-sw, @nestorrdz-30 y @jesus-sw.

Estuvimos un buen rato practicando giros y trucos nuevos, pude comprender algunos nuevos movimiento que me ayudaran con mi estilo en el freestyle y de verdad seguiré evolucionando porque motivación siempre hay para lo que a uno le apasiona y le gusta. Nos vemos en un próximo post!.

- When we arrived at @angelosw's house there was also @castillo-sw his brother, they welcomed us and then came @ashura-sw, @nestorrdz-30 and @jesus-sw.

We had a good time practicing turns and new tricks, I was able to understand some new moves that will help me with my freestyle style and I will continue to evolve because there is always motivation for what one is passionate about and likes. See you in the next post!.
