It was 1982 and things were moving smoothly in Des Moines, Iowa. Twelve year old Johnny Gosch woke early one Sunday morning to complete his paper route. Johnny had been doing this for quite some time, but this would be his first time to attempt it solo. Johnny left his home before daybreak, and never came back again. Multiple witnesses corroborate a story that a strange man was seen talking to Johnny. Purportedly, Johnny even said he was going home because this man scared him. But all that was left on the sidewalk was his red wagon filled with newspapers, and the family dog, Gretchen.
Where is Johnny? In the years that followed, we have allegations of trafficking rings, a prisoner with DID (multiple personality disorder) stating he was involved in Johnny's disappearance, and pictures of boys tied up sent to Johnny's mother. Oh, she also states that Jonny came to visit here just a few years ago. Wait, what? Ultimately, Johnny was the first face to appear on a milk carton. This story goes beyond what you can imagine.
