Jon starts things off by asking Tori what she expects to see tomorrow night, and who she expects to see tomorrow night. Tori responds by saying “I expect to see a lot of those bubble guys tomorrow night.” Tori also says “I expect to see a lot of vanilla.” To finish her thought Tori says “Who gets thrown out tomorrow night, when they get thrown out, and who they get thrown out with among this offensive line group is something I will be especially watching out for.” Next, Jon asks Tori if we should expect to see Dante Fowler Jr. tomorrow night. Tori responds by saying “I think a little bit...I think it will be good for Dante to get some reps tomorrow night.” Chuckery keeps things rolling by asking Tori if there is anything behind Felipe Franks challenging AJ Maccrron for the backup quarterback spot, or if the job is AJ’s. Tori responds by saying “To be completely straight forward I think AJ is the backup and there isn’t much competition.” Tori finishes her thought by saying “Felipe has the look, but as far as experience goes I tend to lean more towards AJ.” Next, Jon asks Tori if she thinks Kyle Pitts will see the field at any point tomorrow. Jon kicks things off by asking Joe if there’s anything to Atlanta United getting younger with every single full-time manager hire, or if it’s mainly coincidence. Joe responds by saying “I think it’s mostly a coincidence I guess.” Joe continues by saying “I think the main reason behind the Pineida hire is that he has an MLS background, and he knows what these players are going through physically, and I think that’s what Atlanta United was really looking for.” Next, Jon asks Joe why it is important to have a guy that has an MLS background and knows about traveling, and things of that nature. Joe responds by saying “I think Darren Eales and Carlos Bocanegra are idelists as in they have an idea of what they want their team to look like and play like and they do not deviate off of that, but you have to adjust and they adjusted with this hire, and that’s important because now Pineida will have an idea of what the players are going through, and when things are going wrong he will be able to pinpoint what needs to change.” Chuck keeps things rolling by asking Joe what he thinks the best thing and most troubling thing about Atlanta United is. Joe responds by saying “I think the best thing is that now the team will have some continuity, because earlier in the season with Josef coming back from injury and the managerial changes they have just gone through so many changes, but the worst thing is that they will have a slight adjustment period now and they have to work through that.” Jon switches gears to the Braves and starts off by asking Joe if Will Smith still deserves to be a closer, or if it should be Richard Rodriguez. Joe responds by saying “Will Smith is a good closer, but he gives up too many home runs as a closer.” Joe continues by saying “I don’t think Richard Rodriguez needs to be the closer, but maybe Brianb Snitker needs to consider splitting time between them.” Jon and Joe talk about the depth coming back in the lineup after the trade deadline acquisitions and Travis D’Arnaud coming back, and then Jon wraps things up with Joe by asking who has been the MVP for the Braves this season. Joe Responds by saying “I think it’s been Austin Riley. If Austin Riley doesn’t have the breakout season that he is having right now the Braves would not be where they are right now.”
