Jon kicks off the Brown Liquor Music hour with his NFL Squib Kick segment where he touches on Myles Garrett facing the Steelers for the first time since his suspension, Le’veon Bell now being a Chief, the Saints being in Baton Rouge, and the Rams DC comparing Jalen Ramsey to LeBron. Jon continues the brown liquor music hour by updating you on the Braves vs Dodgers game. Jon puts his career on the line by letting producer Dylan Mathews ask him some Rank Em questions. Jon wraps up this Friyay edition of The Jon Chuckery Show show with the traditional Love TKO.

Jon continues hour two by interviewing local Alabama Radio host Ryan C Fowler. Jon kicks off the Interview by asking Ryan what exactly is going on with Nick Saban and his COVID-19 status. Ryan says that Nick Saban basically took a rapid test that came back positive, but has taken two DNA/RNA tests since that have come back negative, so coach Saban will need one more negative test to coach tomorrow, and Ryan believes he will get that negative test, and be on the field for Saturday’s game. Next, Jon asks Ryan what he thinks the keys to the game tomorrow are for Alabama, and Ryan says that “The offense has to stay balanced to keep the defensive coordinator guessing.” Ryan also says “He’s not sure if Georgia wants to get into a shootout with Alabama.” Next Jon asks Ryan about the Alabama run defense and how they will fare against the Georgia running game that has started to get it going. Ryan responds by saying the Alabama defense has been “underachieving.” Ryan also says “Georgia looks like more of an Alabama team than Alabama does.” Finally Ryan finishes his thought by saying “This Alabama defense is something Alabama defense are not accustomed to.” Finally Jon asks about the Alabama kicking and how it’s looking since it has been an achilles heal for the Crimson Tide in past years, and Ryan responds by saying he thinks Alabma’s kicking game is “solid”, and that this game could come down to one big punt that flips the field for one team. Also, to finish his thought Ryan says that he thinks Alabama has a “B grade punter.”

Jon continues hour one by interviewing Falcons reporter for the AJC Tori McElhaney. Jon starts things off with Tori by asking her about the injuries. Tori says she is very confident the Falcons will be close to full strength, and confident Julio Jones will play. Next, Jon asks Tori for some clarity about who exactly will be calling the plays on defense on Sunday, and Tori responds by saying it will look pretty similar to how it looked at the end of last year and the beginning of this year. Jon continues the interview by asking who exactly made the final decision on moving on from the Falcons special teams coordinator Ben Kotweke, and Tori responds by saying all indications point to it being the decision of Raheem Morris. Tori says that she spoke with Arthur Blank and Rich McKay, and that they said they left that decision to Raheem. Next, Jon asks Tori about what the absence of Dalvin Cook means for the Falcons, and Tori says this will allow the Falcons defense to open up a lot more. To continue the interview Jon asks Tori about player accountability and how Raheem Morris is amping up the player accountability. Tori says that all the players have been saying that Raheem Morris is “turning up the intensity”, and has been “laying down the law.” Tori also says that Dante Fowler Jr. specifically said he is making the guys feel uncomfortable in a good way. Finally, to close out the interview Jon asks Tori about what could happen to Raheem Morris if the Falcons’ struggles continue. Tori responds by saying she doesn’t know. Tori says “I don't know what happens if the Falcons don’t win another game in six weeks.”
