We have a really cool episode today with our guest Zack Kramer.  Zack Kramer has been working out and staying fit since his football days in high school and college.  During Seminary he found CrossFit and eventually started competing and coaching the sport.  He later moved to Knoxville and opened Scruffy City CrossFit (where Haley first met Zach).  Scruffy City  morphed into Trinity Strength as we started doing more than just CF.  He is now totally remote, coaching athletes to help them get top quality holistic and individualized training.  He focuses with his athletes on Breath, Nutrition, and Strength Training with a mobility basis.
