Joseph is a co-founder of Judo Bank, a bank specializing in banking the small-to-medium sized business economy.

Having raised $1.5bn of equity in private markets – including the largest pre-revenue capital raise in Australian corporate history - the bank grew from a PowerPoint to profitability and to a publicly listed company within four years.

A career international banker, Joseph held executive positions at Lloyds Bank, CIBC World Markets, Citibank, ANZ and NAB.
